Inspection before your final “Walk-Thru” with your
builder. Purpose is to detect interior and exterior
workmanship defects, if any, prior to your closing on
the property. Drywall and insulation are installed. The
utilities need to be turned on. This is the same
inspection that existing homes get (interior, exterior,
plumbing, HVAC, electrical, structural, etc.). Performed
using the top-rated CABO - ICC Standards. |
